Nearly four months after Wardatina Mawa reported her husband Insanul Fahmi and influencer Inara Rusli for alleged adultery, police from Polda Metro Jaya's Women and Children Protection Unit conducted a crime scene re-enactment at Inara's West Jakarta residence on March 16, 2026.
The alleged affair between businessman Insanul Fahmi and Inara Rusli, first reported to police by Insanul's wife Wardatina Mawa in November 2025 based on CCTV footage, saw a key investigative step on Monday, March 16, 2026. Officers from Polda Metro Jaya's Women and Children Protection Unit carried out a crime scene re-enactment (olah TKP) at Inara's home in West Jakarta.
Insanul's lawyer, Tommy Tri Yunanto, confirmed the procedure, noting coordination with investigators including the Kanit and Panit, and Inara's lawyer Mas Daru.
During the re-enactment, investigators photographed several areas of the house but did not collect additional evidence at that time. Tommy indicated that investigators are open to restorative justice if both parties—the reporter (Wardatina) and respondents (Insanul and Inara)—agree.
Insanul Fahmi is adhering to the legal process, leaving marital decisions to Wardatina Mawa. This development follows the initial report under Article 284 of the KUHP, which sparked significant public interest.
