Punk-præst vinder over kommune

Kommunen sendte tippet videre til stiftet, hvilket resulterede i advarslen. Præsten anmeldte derefter kommunen til Folketingets Ombudsmand (JO) for utilbørlig myndighedsudøvelse. JO kritiserer nu kommunen for dette, ifølge Göteborgs-Posten (GP). "Det føles så usædvanligt at vinde over en kommune. Det er fantastisk," siger præsten til GP. Han føler sig lettet og har planer om at fejre det med en øl om aftenen. Kommunens sikkerhedschef har tidligere udtalt, at de er parate til at ændre rutiner, hvis det bliver nødvendigt.
