Bengt vinder sag i landsretten om fejlagtig parkeringsbøde

Landsretten har afsagt dom til fordel for 68-årige Bengt Stage i en tvist om en parkeringsbøde på 600 kroner fra Malmø by. Han havde betalt 41 kroner for meget, men blev alligevel oprindeligt dømt i byretten.

Bengt Stage betalte 241 kroner for parkering i Malmø, hvilket var 41 kroner mere end den krævede takst. På trods af overbetalingen udstedte byen en bøde på 600 kroner.

Byretten stadfæstede byens beslutning, men landsretten vurderede, at betalingen var tilstrækkelig. Retten bemærkede, at det ikke udgør en overtrædelse at betale en højere takst.

Stage agter at donere de refunderede 600 kroner til Barncancerfonden. Han har kaldt sagen for unødvendigt besvær.
