Region Dalarna accepterer sanktionsgebyr på 275.000 svenske kroner

Region Dalarna accepterer et sanktionsgebyr på cirka 275.000 svenske kroner, efter at Arbejdsmiljøtilsynet har gransket lægers overarbejde. Samtidig anker regionen en truende bøde på en million svenske kroner.

Efter gennemgangen konstaterede Arbejdsmiljøtilsynet, at ekstra overarbejde og almindeligt overarbejde tilsammen oversteg 50 timer om måneden for visse læger i regionen. Dette er i strid med arbejdstidsloven.

Juridisk direktør Magnus Höög bekræftede, at regionen påtager sig ansvaret for overtrædelserne. Han oplyste derfor, at gebyret accepteres.

Regionen vælger at anke truslen om den højere bøde, men accepterer det lavere sanktionsgebyr for samme årsag.
