Region Dalarna godtar sanksjonsavgift på 275 000 kroner

Region Dalarna godtar en sanksjonsavgift på om lag 275 000 kroner etter at Arbeidsmiljøverket gjennomgikk overtidsbruk blant leger. Samtidig anker regionen et varslet gebyr på én million kroner.

Etter gjennomgangen slo Arbeidsmiljøverket fast at ekstra overtid og alminnelig overtid til sammen oversteg 50 timer per måned for enkelte leger i regionen. Dette er i strid med arbeidstidsloven.

Juridisk sjef Magnus Höög bekreftet at regionen tar ansvar for lovbruddene. Han opplyste at avgiften derfor aksepteres.

Regionen velger å anke trusselen om det høyere gebyret, men godtar den lavere sanksjonsavgiften for samme forhold.
