Bengt vant i lagmannsretten etter feilaktig parkeringsbot

Lagmannsretten har dømt til fordel for 68 år gamle Bengt Stage i en tvist om en parkeringsbot på 600 kroner fra Malmö kommune. Han hadde betalt 41 kroner for mye, men ble opprinnelig dømt i tingretten.

Bengt Stage betalte 241 kroner for parkering i Malmö, noe som var 41 kroner mer enn den påkrevde taksten. Til tross for overbetalingen utstedte kommunen en bot på 600 kroner.

Tingretten opprettholdt kommunens beslutning, men lagmannsretten konkluderte med at betalingen var tilstrekkelig. Retten bemerket at det å betale en høyere takst ikke utgjør et brudd på reglene.

Stage har til hensikt å donere de refunderte 600 kronene til Barncancerfonden. Han beskrev saken som unødvendig bryderi.
