SMHI advarer om stor brandfare i store dele af Sverige

SMHI har udsendt et varsel om høj til ekstremt høj risiko for naturbrande i skove og marker i løbet af mandagen.

Varslet gælder hele mandagen i det meste af Götaland, Svealand, den sydøstligste del af Norrland samt Gotland. Risikoen er ifølge SMHI høj til ekstremt høj. SMHI opfordrer offentligheden til at tjekke, om der er indført afbrændingsforbud, og til at udvise forsigtighed ved brug af åben ild eller maskiner udendørs. Brand kan let opstå som følge af afbrænding, gnister eller lynnedslag. I Örebro län gælder varslet fra mandag på trods af enkelte regnbyger. Det vil hurtigt tørre op, og terrænet bliver tørt igen, siger Moa Hallberg hos SMHI.
