Høje niveauer af birkepollen breder sig mod nord i Sverige over de kommende dage. Samtidig stiger risikoen for egetræspollen i de sydlige dele af landet, ifølge det svenske Naturhistoriska riksmuseet.

Naturhistoriska riksmuseet advarer om en stor mængde birkepollen i store dele af det nordvestlige Svealand, det sydlige indre Norrland samt langs Norrlands kyst. Risikoen vurderes som meget høj eller forhøjet i disse områder. Birkeblomstringen er nu aftagende i det sydlige Sverige. I stedet stiger niveauerne af egetræspollen i Skåne og Blekinge, hvor risikoen er høj. I resten af Götaland og det sydlige Svealand er risikoen fortsat forhøjet. Målingerne stammer fra museets pollenstationer. Advarslen gælder de kommende dage fra og med den 9. maj 2026.
