Indiana siblings charged in neglect of autistic brother

A man and woman in Indiana face charges after allegedly allowing the man's autistic brother to suffer severe neglect in a filthy home, where blankets stuck to open wounds on his feet.

Tamara Eaton, 47, and Michael Tinsley, 39, were arrested after police found the victim in poor condition at a residence on West Missouri Street in Evansville. The victim, who has autism, had been under their care following the recent death of his mother. Authorities said the home lacked running water, had a caving floor and empty refrigerator, and smelled of decay. The victim also showed signs of malnutrition and had a burn on his arm.
