Inspired by a 72-hour visit to Istanbul, the designer incorporated elements of sensuality, spirituality, and culture into the lineup, as he described to Vogue. “It’s a collection about union. About how two seemingly opposing worlds can meet and create something new,” Vidal explained. A key influence came from embroidered blankets he found in an Istanbul antique shop, highlighting the power of craftsmanship, accumulation, and objects' embedded memories, he said. “That’s when I realized the deep power of craftsmanship, accumulation, and the memory held within objects.” The garments featured layered pieces with fluid silhouettes, balancing elegance and seduction. A rich color palette of reds, pinks, blues, and greens dominated, paired with unexpected print mixes like stripes and florals for subtle effects. Details such as twists, ruffles, and playful proportions added a soft three-dimensional quality to the outfits.
