A 35-year-old woman accused of stalking and assaulting an Orthodox Jewish father while shouting antisemitic threats in Bedford-Stuyvesant was released under supervised conditions after prosecutors asked for $50,000 bail, according to court documents and local reports.
On Friday night, Jan. 9, 2026, a 35-year-old woman, Isharae Summers, was accused of following an Orthodox Jewish family in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn, near Nostrand and Willoughby avenues, and shouting threats as the family walked home late at night, according to court records and local reporting.
Authorities and court documents said the family included a 26-year-old father, his wife, and four children ranging in age from six months to six years. Summers is accused of yelling antisemitic statements including “I’m gonna kill you Jews” and threats directed at the children, then striking the father in the head and chest, causing pain and swelling, according to the criminal complaint as described by multiple outlets.
