Kansas father faces murder charge in infant son's death

A Kansas man has been charged with first-degree murder in the death of his five-month-old son Grayson. Devin Bemis was already facing child abuse charges related to injuries sustained by Grayson and his twin brother Elijah.

Devin Bemis, 33, was arrested in January after police responded to his home in Wichita on January 21 following a report of an unresponsive two-month-old. Both twins suffered severe injuries that authorities attributed to abuse. Grayson died on April 26 as a result of those injuries.
