Nara Smith announced her two-year-old daughter Whimsy has reached remission after an eight-month cancer battle. The influencer shared the update on Instagram yesterday, crediting family support and vowing to highlight medical costs.
Nara, married to model Lucky Blue Smith, revealed the diagnosis came late last year. She waited until treatment ended and the outcome was clear before posting. “Now that she’s finally in remission, it felt like I could find the words to share,” she wrote.
The couple debated going public but chose to raise awareness about families facing chemo and steep bills. Nara posted charity links and sent love to those still fighting. “I’m sending all my love to families that are actively still going through this fight,” she added.
The family is now trying to ease back into daily life one day at a time. Nara admitted it may never feel fully normal again.
