Police were alerted to the fire at 7:30 a.m. It was initially unclear whether anyone was inside the building. At 12:40 the same day, police confirmed that a dead person had been found in the villa. The person has not yet been identified. The property has been cordoned off and will be guarded for at least 24 hours, police said.
