Valencia Basket won the Copa de la Reina with a 70-65 victory over Hozono Global Jairis in the Tarragona final. Rubén Burgos's team overcame a poor start, trailing by a 0-17 run in the first quarter. Khaalia Hillsman was named tournament MVP.

Valencia Basket lifted their second Copa de la Reina on Sunday at Tarragona's Palau d’Esports, beating Hozono Global Jairis 70-65, the defending champions. The game started with a devastating 0-17 run by the Murcians, who controlled rebounds and shot accurately, including four triples from Alba Prieto in the first half (16 points).

Rubén Burgos's players, after an early Euroliga exit this season, kept composure. Raquel Carrera, pivotal in tough moments and injured in the 2024 semifinal, led the comeback alongside Leo Fiebich and teammates. In the third quarter, Carrera put her team ahead (44-38).

Bulgarian Khaalia Hillsman, named MVP, dominated under the basket in the final quarter, hitting the max lead (58-47) and securing the win (70-65). Queralt Casas raised the trophy. This adds to Valencia's Women's Leagues from 2023, 2024, and 2025, and Supercups from 2023 and 2024, reclaiming dominance with seven of the last nine trophies.

Bernat Canut's Hozono Global Jairis fought hard, with Laura Gil and Billie Massey contributing in the paint.
