Washington Capitals nehmen Theodor Niederbach für ein Jahr unter Vertrag

Die Washington Capitals haben Stürmer Theodor Niederbach mit einem Einjahres-Zwei-Wege-Vertrag im Wert von 1,025 Millionen Dollar ausgestattet.

Der 24-jährige Schwede einigte sich auf den Vertrag nach einer starken Saison bei Frölunda, in der er 32 Punkte in 52 Spielen erzielte. Der am Donnerstag vom Verein bestätigte Vertrag beinhaltet eine Zwei-Wege-Struktur, die den Wechsel zwischen der NHL und der AHL zu einem Farmteam-Gehalt von 85.000 Dollar ermöglicht.
