Yurav Premlall sicherte sich mit einer dominanten Leistung bei der Estrella Damm Catalunya Championship 2026 seinen ersten Titel auf der DP World Tour. Premlall spielte sowohl am Samstag als auch am Sonntag im Real Club de Golf El Prat eine Runde von 63 Schlägen. Sein Ergebnis in der dritten Runde bedeutete einen neuen Platzrekord und brachte ihm ein Preisgeld von 50.000 Dollar ein. Er startete mit fünf Schlägen Vorsprung in die Finalrunde und baute diesen Vorsprung mit vier Birdies auf den ersten fünf Löchern weiter aus, bevor ein Chip-in-Birdie am Par-4-Loch acht den Vorsprung noch weiter vergrößerte.
