Am 31. März gab Trafikverket bekannt, dass der Auftrag für 10 Lokomotiven und 91 Waggons für neue Nachtzüge an das spanische Unternehmen Talgo vergeben wurde. Die Züge werden ab 2030 die derzeitigen Verbindungen zwischen Stockholm und Narvik ersetzen. Der Vertrag hat ein Volumen von 5,5 Milliarden Kronen.
