Creaurbana and BMA receive regional award in International Property Awards

Developer Creaurbana and architecture firm BMA have been awarded in the International Property Awards 2025-2026 for their Martín Coronado 3300 project. The recognition came in the regional stage for the Americas, highlighting excellence in high-end residential developments. The ceremony took place in London on January 16, 2026.

Creaurbana, the developer backed by Marcelo Mindlin and Grupo Emes, added a new international achievement by winning in the Single Apartment/Condominium Development category at the International Property Awards. This award, granted among national winners across the Americas, validates the company's focus on raising standards in Argentina's real estate sector.

The Martín Coronado 3300 project, located in Barrio Parque just meters from the Museum of Latin American Art in Buenos Aires (Malba), stands out for its low-density architecture with only 32 residences exceeding 300 m² each. It features houses with gardens and terraced penthouses, all with front and back views, plus private pools. Its design emphasizes privacy and uses noble materials, positioning it as one of the country's highest value-per-square-meter developments and a benchmark for contemporary urban luxury in the region.

Andrés Mindlin, director of new business at Creaurbana, stated: “This second recognition, achieved in a regional instance among winners from the entire American continent, validates the path we have been following to elevate Argentine real estate standards and drives us to continue developing long-term projects that highlight the country's construction quality worldwide.”

The regional awards ceremony occurred on Friday, January 16, 2026, at the Hotel Savoy, Lancaster Hall, in London. The International Property Awards are one of the global real estate sector's most prestigious competitions, judged by over 100 international experts.

Creaurbana has built more than 1,000,000 m² and is advancing projects like DePampa and DeAlcorta in Bajo Belgrano, nearing completion. Its portfolio includes over 120,000 m² in Puertos (Escobar), Puerto Madero, and Vicente López.

BMA, with offices in Buenos Aires, Santiago de Chile, and Miami, employs over 150 professionals and has 35 years of experience across more than 400 projects in 13 countries.
