Eric Hjorth signs with Aalborg Pirates in Denmark

Swedish defenseman Eric Hjorth will play for Danish club Aalborg Pirates next season. The 25-year-old moves from Lausitzer Füchse, marking his sixth country in six years.

Eric Hjorth has completed a transfer to Aalborg Pirates. The move comes after a season with the German second-division side Lausitzer Füchse.

Hjorth, who grew up in Frölunda’s system, has previously played in Sweden, Finland, Canada, Italy and Germany. His new team has secured multiple Danish championships during the 2000s.
