Gunmen kill man, wound two in Argao house shooting

Unidentified gunmen killed a 36-year-old man and wounded two others in a shooting at a house in Argao, Cebu, on Tuesday evening.

The attack took place past 9 p.m. on June 30 in Purok Tambis, Barangay Capioan. Gunmen in a black car and on a motorcycle fired several shots at the house before fleeing the scene.

The dead victim, identified by the alias “Rocky,” was having a tattoo done inside the house when he was struck by bullets in different parts of his body. He died on the spot. Two others, known by the aliases “Edsel” and “Anselmo,” were wounded and taken to a hospital. A companion identified as alias “Anderson” was not injured.

The Argao Municipal Police Station is conducting a follow-up investigation into the incident.
