KPK discloses Yaqut's condition after surgery

The Corruption Eradication Commission revealed that Yaqut Cholil Qoumas is still recovering after surgery on June 29 2026 and requires observation.

KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo stated that doctors at Kramat Jati Hospital require observation of Yaqut's recovery progress.

The KPK is also conducting strict supervision during Yaqut's detention postponement at the detention house.

The KPK hopes Yaqut can recover soon so the legal process in the alleged Hajj quota corruption case can proceed effectively.
