The LG Twins rallied from a five-run deficit to defeat the Lotte Giants 8-6 for their fourth consecutive win in the Korea Baseball Organization on Wednesday.
Moon Jeong-bin delivered a pinch-hit go-ahead triple in the top of the seventh inning at Sajik Baseball Stadium in Busan.
The Twins trailed 6-1 after the second inning but cut the lead to 6-4 with a two-run homer by Park Dong-won in the third. They tied the game and took the lead on Moon's triple and an infield single by Gu Bon-hyeok in the seventh.
Five LG relievers shut out the Giants after starter Yonny Chirinos allowed six runs in 3 2/3 innings. Manager Youm Kyoung-youb said the bullpen held the lead while the offense came back to life.
The Twins improved to 30-19-0 and became the first team to reach 30 wins this season.
