Sources familiar with the legal proceedings tell TMZ that Dakota's lawyers submitted Taylor's 2025 texts in court this week. In them she declared herself "f*ing charismatic as f*" and "a full-blown MILF" who still looks like she never had three kids. She also called her breasts "perfect."
Dakota's roommate Cru posted a video he says shows the aftermath of a heated argument. Taylor appears upset asking "Why are you doing this?" and "Why are you filming me?" while Dakota replies "Now you can get caught." Cru claims the clip proves Taylor's frustration when she realizes she is being recorded.
A source close to Taylor says the video captures Dakota berating his postpartum girlfriend. Taylor previously pled guilty in abeyance to aggravated assault from a 2023 incident. So... is the custody war just heating up or already boiling over?
