Addis Ababa's city administration chief, Adanech Abaye, has pledged to guarantee Ethiopia's prosperity by working on priority creation and implementation roadmaps. Under the 'Government from the bottom: Farmers' prosperity' leadership idea, high and mid-level Prosperity Party executives completed their second round of capacity-building training in recent days.
Addis Ababa, Hidar 18, 2018 (Fana) – Adanech Abaye, the Addis Ababa city administration's kantiba, stated that by working on priority creation and implementation roadmaps, they guarantee Ethiopia's prosperity.
Under the 'Government from the bottom: Farmers' prosperity' leadership concept, the second round of capacity-building training for high and mid-level Prosperity Party executives concluded in recent days. This training encompassed activities across all sectors, along with field observations and their outcomes.
In her summary, the kantiba urged participants to share successes registered in every area, convert challenges into opportunities, and focus efforts on building a better, prosperous Ethiopia as an example. Particular emphasis was placed on sectors like agriculture and land transformation, industry, as well as tourism and urban development for registering prosperity.
This initiative supports broader prosperity goals at the city and regional levels, following previous rounds of similar trainings.
