La presidenta de Azul Azul, Cecilia Pérez, apoyó las declaraciones del Presidente José Antonio Kast sobre la necesidad de un estadio propio para Universidad de Chile durante la promulgación de la nueva ley de Sociedades Anónimas Deportivas.

Kast promulgó la ley el 27 de mayo y destacó que los grandes clubes merecen instalaciones propias para potenciarse. “Queremos que varios de los clubes en este periodo logren sus instalaciones”, señaló el Mandatario. También mencionó la importancia de trabajar con las ministras Natalia Ducó y José García Ruminot para concretar proyectos.

Pérez respondió en su cuenta de X. “Coincido con sus palabras: la U merece un estadio a la altura de su historia, porque será también un gran estadio para Chile. Seguiremos trabajando para que así sea”, escribió la exministra del Deporte.

El proyecto de un estadio propio ha sido una demanda histórica de Universidad de Chile. Ninguna iniciativa ha prosperado hasta ahora bajo distintas administraciones de Azul Azul.
