Documental de Hong Kong se proyectará en Italia tres años después de ser retirado

Es uno de los 24 títulos de la sección "fuera de concurso" del festival, anunciada el jueves, la cual presenta películas de "valor extremo" que no cumplen con ciertos requisitos del evento. La película, que sigue la vida de seis chicas de la Ying Wa Girls’ School a lo largo de 10 años, fue retirada de los cines de Hong Kong apenas cuatro días después de su estreno en febrero de 2023, en medio de una polémica por la falta de consentimiento de las entrevistadas. La obra ha sido galardonada con diversos premios. Cheung y el codirector William Kwok Wai-lun, junto con un productor, dos directores de unidad y un coordinador de posproducción, figuran en la lista de invitados del festival.
