Francisco Javier Álvarez Beret, conocido como Beret, ha negado los hechos tras ser puesto en libertad provisional este jueves con cargos por una presunta agresión sexual ocurrida en Sevilla en abril.

El juez de la Sección de Violencia sobre la Mujer del Tribunal de Instancia de Sevilla impuso medidas cautelares que incluyen la prohibición de acercarse a menos de 500 metros de la denunciante y la retirada del pasaporte durante tres meses.

A través de un comunicado de su agencia Urbania Entertainment, el artista sevillano nacido en 1996 rechazó "rotundamente" las acusaciones y anunció acciones civiles y penales contra quienes difundan acusaciones falsas.

Varios ayuntamientos han cancelado conciertos programados este verano en localidades como Armilla, Rubí, Elche y Monforte de Lemos, aunque la gira internacional que comienza en Londres el 16 de noviembre sigue prevista si recupera el pasaporte.
