Customers can walk in with complaints or send them by post or email to annaroadho@indiapost.gov.in. Written complaints must carry the caption ‘Dak Adalat’ and reach the office on or before June 15.

Complaints about postal articles should include the date and time of posting, full addresses of sender and recipient, registration receipt number with date, and the booking office. Complaints on savings and insurance schemes should contain the account or policy number, name and address of the depositor or insured, name of the post office, and other department references.
