AT&T has introduced updated unlimited phone plans in 2026, including new 2.0 versions and a modular option for new customers. The changes replace several older plans and adjust pricing across tiers.
The carrier launched Value 2.0, Extra 2.0, Premium 2.0 and Elite 2.0 plans, along with Build-A-Plan. Value 2.0 costs $50 a month for one line and provides 5GB of high-speed data. Extra 2.0 is priced at $70 for one line with 100GB of high-speed data and 50GB of hotspot data. Premium 2.0 costs $90 for one line and offers unlimited high-speed data with no throttling. Elite 2.0, the top tier, is $110 for one line and includes 250GB of hotspot data plus access in 210 countries. Build-A-Plan starts at $15 a month for new customers and allows add-ons for data and hotspot features without a contract. Customers on existing plans are not automatically switched and may face a line activation fee of up to $50 to change.
