CD Projekt Red announces new Witcher 3 expansion

CD Projekt Red has confirmed a third expansion for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt called Songs of the Past. The content will arrive in 2027 on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series consoles.

The announcement came on May 27 from the developer and its official Witcher account on X. Songs of the Past is being co-developed with Fool's Theory and will again feature Geralt of Rivia. It follows the two prior expansions, Hearts of Stone and Blood and Wine, and is described as comparable in scope to those releases.
