CD Projekt Red ha confirmado una tercera expansión para The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt titulada Songs of the Past. El contenido llegará en 2027 a PC, PlayStation 5 y consolas Xbox Series.

El anuncio se produjo el 27 de mayo por parte de la desarrolladora y su cuenta oficial de Witcher en X. Songs of the Past se está desarrollando en colaboración con Fool's Theory y volverá a contar con Geralt de Rivia como protagonista. Esta expansión sigue a las dos anteriores, Hearts of Stone y Blood and Wine, y se describe como comparable en alcance a dichos lanzamientos.
