Hovioikeus kumosi päätöksen Aviciin managerin oikeusjutussa

Svean hovioikeus on kumonnut käräjäoikeuden maaliskuisen päätöksen, minkä myötä Arash Pournouri voi jatkaa kannettaan Tim Berglingin perheeseen kytkettyjä yhtiöitä vastaan.

Artisti Aviciin entinen manageri Arash Pournouri voi nyt jatkaa oikeusriitaansa. Tapaus liittyy Pournourin väitteeseen, jonka mukaan hänet oli leimattu yksin syylliseksi Berglingin mielenterveysongelmiin ja vuoden 2018 itsemurhaan.
