Landsretten omstøder dom i retssag om Avicii-manager

Svea Landsret har omstødt en byretsdom fra marts, hvilket tillader Arash Pournouri at fortsætte sit søgsmål mod selskaber med tilknytning til Tim Berglings familie.

Arash Pournouri, tidligere manager for kunstneren Avicii, kan nu gå videre med sin juridiske tvist. Sagen drejer sig om Pournouris påstand om, at han blev udpeget som ansvarlig for Berglings mentale helbredsproblemer og selvmord i 2018.

Pournouri hilste afgørelsen velkommen i en skriftlig udtalelse. Han ser frem til en retssag om sagens realiteter i byretten.

Byretten havde i marts valgt at afvise søgsmålet mod de fire selskaber. Landsrettens afgørelse betyder, at processen nu kan fortsætte.
