The Corruption Eradication Commission has halted its investigation into alleged corruption in the Free Nutritious Meals program. The move follows the Attorney General's Office naming five suspects, including former National Nutrition Agency officials.
KPK Chair Setyo Budiyanto said the agency had temporarily suspended its investigation activities. He noted that the Attorney General's Office had advanced to the investigation stage involving coercive measures.
The Attorney General's Office named three suspects on 3 June 2026: Dadan Hindayana, Lodewyk Pusung and Sony Sonjaya. Two more suspects were named on 6 June and 12 June 2026.
Attorney General investigators also sealed electric motorcycles at a Sentul Bogor warehouse on 17 June 2026. Sony Sonjaya's examination regarding his justice collaborator application is scheduled today at the Attorney General's Round Building.
