Oliver Bearman has credited the high targets and dedication at Haas for strengthening his drive to help the team compete at the front of the grid. The 21-year-old British driver, in his second full season, spoke about his positive relationship with the team during an interview.
Bearman highlighted the strong bond with engineers and mechanics at Haas. He noted their motivation and ambitious goals as factors that inspire him personally.
"We have a great relationship between the engineers and the mechanics, more banter between them. It's really, really fun," Bearman said. He added that the team's push motivates him to deliver results for them.
The driver, who remains affiliated with Ferrari, stressed his current focus on Haas. He cited strong results including fifth place in China and fourth in Mexico as highlights that keep him motivated.
Bearman expressed hope for continued competitiveness and a chance to fight for podiums with the team this season.
