Dalarnan alue rekrytoi vakituisia lääkäreitä Hedemoran terveyskeskukseen

Hedemoran terveyskeskusta kohtaan esitetyn heikkoa jatkuvuutta ja lääkitysvirheitä koskevan kritiikin myötä Dalarnan alue toteuttaa muutoksia.

Terveyskeskukseen on rekrytoitu kolme vakituista lääkäriä. Syksyn aikana otetaan käyttöön uusi työskentelytapa, jossa jokaiselle potilaalle nimetään oma tiimi. Jokainen tiimi koostuu lähihoitajasta ja sairaanhoitajasta lääkärin lisäksi. Tavoitteena on parantaa hoidon jatkuvuutta.
