Bank bjb has reaffirmed its commitment as a strategic government partner by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and Cooperation Agreement (PKS) with the Coordinating Ministry for Law, Human Rights, Immigration, and Correctional Services of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemenko Kumham Imipas). The signing occurred on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at Balai Kartini in Jakarta, as a form of collaboration to expand institutional synergy.
Attendees included Acting Deputy Director of bank bjb, Ayi Subarna, and Director of Consumer and Retail, Nunung Suhartini, along with management. From the ministry, Coordinating Minister Prof. Dr. Yusril Ihza Mahendra, S.H., M.Sc., and Secretary R. Andika Dwi Prasetya, along with their team, were present. The MoU was signed by Ayi Subarna and R. Andika Dwi Prasetya, serving as the legal framework for developing banking products and services within the ministry.
Additionally, the PKS on employee credit facilities was signed by Nunung Suhartini and the Ministry's Secretary. This agreement aims to improve employee welfare through easier and more competitive financial access. The collaboration builds on prior cooperation since April 2025, during which bank bjb disbursed performance allowances to 247 employees up to September 2025 smoothly and on time.
This success has fostered trust to broaden the scope of cooperation into more comprehensive and sustainable areas, supporting the optimization of financial services and bank bjb's business performance through mutually beneficial collaboration.
