Ben Rice of the New York Yankees and Jacob Misiorowski of the Milwaukee Brewers have been named the MLB Players of the Week for their recent performances.
Rice led all major league hitters with a .658 slugging percentage and 1.056 OPS while pacing the American League with 44 RBIs. In the award-winning week he went 12-for-26 with four doubles, two triples, a home run, eight runs scored and 11 RBIs as the Yankees finished a 5-1 road trip against the Royals and A's.
