St. Louis Cardinals infielder JJ Wetherholt appeared on MLB Network alongside teammate Michael McGreevy to review his debut season performance.
Wetherholt, the No. 7 overall pick in the 2024 Draft and the team's top prospect, has posted a .753 OPS and 116 OPS+ while playing strong defense at second base. During the interview, he described adjustments to his swing mechanics. Wetherholt said he shortened a high leg kick from his high school days after arriving at the University of Virginia.
