The former JPMorgan banker is firing back at Lorna Hajdini in fresh court filings. He admits to an online post that appeared to target a Morgan Stanley supervisor but insists it was camouflage for his real allegations.
Court docs obtained by TMZ show the banker claims he used the legal-advice site to describe alleged abuse by Hajdini while masking details out of fear of retaliation. He stands by his May 2025 internal complaint alleging race and gender discrimination plus a pattern of "abhorrent sexual abuse."
Hajdini had pointed to the Morgan Stanley post as proof of a scheme for personal gain. The banker also admits his biological father was alive during a bereavement leave but denies any impropriety. Supporting statements from others back his account, he says.
Hajdini countersued earlier this month for defamation and libel. She has denied all allegations and called the narrative salacious.
Good deeds do not erase possible misconduct, the banker argues in response.
