Hinikayat ng arsobispo ng Lipa na si Gilbert Garcera ang mga lider ng Katoliko na ihanda ang kamalayan ng mga Pilipino para sa 2028 eleksyon. No reform will succeed without a change of heart,” aniya.

Inirekomenda niya ang paggamit ng “Katipunan for Good Governance” framework na itinutulak ng arsobispo ng Lingayen-Dagupan na si Socrates Villegas. “I urge our regional officers to take the initiative in contacting Archbishop Soc Villegas to implement the Katipunan for Good Governance program across our councils,” pahayag niya. Ayon sa kanya, makakatulong ito sa paghahanda ng mga komunidad para sa 2028 halalan sa pamamagitan ng pagtataguyod ng integridad at responsableng pagkamamayan.
