A female golf caddy was allegedly assaulted at Modern Golf in Tangerang on 23 June 2026. Suspect FP (38) was arrested in Bandar Lampung and blacklisted by the club.
Police named FP a suspect after a case review. He was arrested at his home in Kemiling District, Bandar Lampung City on Friday 26 June 2026.
Modern Golf & Country Club management issued a letter on 24 June 2026 revoking FP’s playing rights permanently and declaring him persona non grata. The letter also asked other golf courses across Indonesia to follow suit.
DPR RI member Rieke Diah Pitaloka expressed anger on Instagram. She said, “Hiih elu yaa, gua keplak juga. Sengak banget. Baru bisa golf aja lu dah kayak gitu. Lah apa bangganya golf, biasa aja keles, norak!” Rieke urged the victim not to withdraw the report and offered assistance.
