Inara Rusli has officially withdrawn her fraud report against Insanul Fahmi on December 29, 2025, following a reconciliation agreement. However, the legal proceedings with Wardatina Mawa, Insanul's wife, continue over alleged adultery. Inara's lawyer expressed a sincere intent to resolve the conflict amicably.
On Monday, December 29, 2025, Inara Rusli visited the Directorate of Criminal Investigation at Polda Metro Jaya around 1:00 PM WIB to submit a letter withdrawing her fraud report against Insanul Fahmi. Polda Metro Jaya's Public Relations Head, Commissioner Police Budi Hermanto, confirmed the action, noting it was due to their reconciliation. "Yes, it's true that today around 1 PM she came to Criminal Investigation to submit the police report withdrawal letter because she has reconciled with the suspect," said Budi Hermanto on Tuesday, December 30, 2025.
Although the report was withdrawn, investigators will still summon Insanul Fahmi for clarification and hold a case review to determine next legal steps. Previously, on December 1, 2025, Inara had reported Insanul for alleged fraud, which has now ended in peace. Inara affirmed her decision was firm when approached by media. "Yes, it's already (firm to withdraw the report)," she said.
Attention now shifts to the conflict with Wardatina Mawa, who reported Inara for alleged adultery with her husband. Inara has also countersued Wardatina for suspected illegal access to CCTV footage at her residence. Inara's lawyer, Daru Quthny, explained that resolutions are being handled step by step. "Not yet with Mawa, because different places. Reconciliation with Insanul first, then that. One by one, step by step," Daru said at Polda Metro Jaya on December 29, 2025.
Daru emphasized Inara's good intentions for peace. "Hopefully Mrs. Mawa, or her lawyer, can accept our good faith to reconcile. Meaning, if we can settle it peacefully, why not? It's better that way," he added. The case review for Wardatina's report is scheduled soon, while Inara is prepared to follow all legal procedures.
