Jacob Misiorowski delivered one of the most dominant pitching performances in MLB history on June 12, 2026, as the Milwaukee Brewers defeated the Philadelphia Phillies 6-0 at American Family Field.
The 24-year-old right-hander allowed just one hit, a fourth-inning single to Kyle Schwarber that was erased on an inning-ending double play. He faced the minimum 27 batters, threw 95 pitches and struck out 15 in a complete-game shutout.
Misiorowski reached 104.5 mph on his fastball, the fastest pitch by a starter in the pitch-tracking era, and recorded the first 15-strikeout Maddux since records began in 1988. His game score of 100 marked only the 10th such outing this century.
Brewers manager Pat Murphy called the performance “incredible” and praised the pitcher’s focus. Catcher William Contreras noted Misiorowski’s command and growth into a complete pitcher.
The outing came on the one-year anniversary of Misiorowski’s MLB debut and extended his streak of dominance, in which he has posted a 0.17 ERA over his past eight starts.
