Indonesian national team midfielder Joey Pelupessy gave a brief reply when questioned about possibly joining Persib Bandung while at Soekarno-Hatta Airport.
A video posted by Instagram account @plesbol.inc captured the moment Joey Pelupessy was questioned by a fan at Soekarno-Hatta Airport. He was asked whether he would play alongside Thom Haye at Persib Bandung.
Pelupessy replied “Kita akan lihat” four times. When pressed with “Here we go?”, he smiled and said “Ya, kita akan pergi. Ayo”.
SK Lommel had issued a statement at the end of June 2026 indicating a possible one-year contract extension after his deal expired on 30 June 2026. Persib Bandung has already signed new players including Mariano Peralta, Sandy Walsh, and Ragnar Oratmangoen.
