Kelly Clarkson spilled the tea on stage in Las Vegas, declaring she's thrilled to be single and dodge all that relationship drama at home.
Speaking at her Caesars Palace residency on July 24, the 44-year-old star addressed the crowd directly. "People are like, ‘Oh, why are you single?’ And I'm like, ‘First of all, there are a lot of people out here making single look real good,'" she said, adding that going home alone means "what’s not happening in my house? That s***."
Clarkson split from Brandon Blackstock in June 2020 after nearly seven years of marriage. The pair share children River, 12, and Remington, 10. She noted relationships can turn "monotonous" without effort to keep the spark alive.
The singer also joked last week about staying single "until [she's] dead" after battling cyclosporiasis, quipping that no man would want to be around during her illness. "I’m gonna find another weird m*********** out there," she laughed.
So… is the single life treating her just fine, or is more tea on the way?
