LEGO and Pokémon have unveiled their next collaboration sets, which include blocky models of Rayquaza, Arcanine and Munchlax. A $300 recreation of Professor Oak’s lab and an oversized Red minifigure are also part of the wave. Most sets launch August 1.
The monster sets follow the style of prior LEGO Pokémon releases. Rayquaza will cost $130, Arcanine $110 and Munchlax $70. Each contains several hundred pieces.
A larger set recreates the interior of Professor Oak’s lab inside a Poké Ball shell. It features three Poké Balls, a small battle arena and minifigures of Red plus a Bug Catcher trainer.
An $80 oversized Red minifigure will also be available. Standard Red minifigures are planned as keychains starting October 1.
All items are scheduled to reach stores on the announced dates.
