TMZ reported Tuesday that the 43-year-old rapper, whose real name is Dwayne Michael Carter Jr., quietly proposed earlier this year. The outlet cited the engagement without comment from Lil Wayne himself. The timing lands months after his former girlfriend Denise Bidot accused him of ending their relationship on Mother’s Day 2025 and alleged physical and emotional abuse in a public post and video. Lil Wayne has not addressed those claims publicly. The rapper’s past relationships include an engagement to La’Tecia Thomas that ended in 2020 and a marriage to Toya Johnson from 2004 to 2006. They share daughter Reginae Carter. Other reported exes include Nivea, Sarah Vivian and Lauren London. So… is the romance really over, or just on a break?
