Financial analyst Carlos Maslatón sharply criticized Cabinet Chief Manuel Adorni for demanding an apology from a journalist. He compared him to Martín Insaurralde and sarcastically noted support from Javier Milei and Karina Milei.
Financial consultant Carlos Maslatón lashed out at Cabinet Chief Manuel Adorni in posts on the social network X. 'Adorni está loco, exigiendo que un periodista le pida perdón' – 'Adorni is crazy, demanding that a journalist apologize' – wrote Maslatón, referring to the clash between Adorni and journalist Nicolás Gallardo of MDZ Online. The exchange followed Gallardo's question about alleged inconsistencies in the national Government's public explanations and criteria. Maslatón ironized: 'Lo bueno es que no renuncia, sigue en el cargo, y bancado por Javier Milei y Karina Milei' – 'The good thing is he doesn't resign, stays in office, backed by Javier Milei and Karina Milei'.In another post, Maslatón compared Adorni to former official Martín Insaurralde: 'Adorni, hace tres años cuando lo vio a Insaurralde en el barco pelotudeando con la acompañante contratada en el Mediterráneo, se dijo a sí mismo: ‘Eso mismo quiero ser yo, me tengo que parar’’ – noting Adorni allegedly aspired to a similar lifestyle after seeing Insaurralde on a boat in the Mediterranean with a hired companion. He added that Adorni failed to realize such a life is incompatible with public office and involved misappropriated state funds.Maslatón emphasized: 'Resulta vital para los intereses de las fuerzas de la libertad y la democracia que Karina Milei y Manuel Adorni sigan dirigiendo la batuta' – 'It is vital for the interests of the forces of liberty and democracy that Karina Milei and Manuel Adorni continue leading'. Days earlier, he had questioned Adorni while commenting on the cover of Revista NOTICIAS, criticizing his lifestyle and linking it to influencers.
